You have fantastic backs to the business card. The interplay of the Mexico typeface with the Olympic rings on the red background is really cool, and it draws the eye.
The second evenlope looks more interesting, though I think you could further expand it out for an even more dynamic look.
The second stationary looks more like a mousepad, and text would be hard to read on such a background. The die cut is evocative of the Olympic rings, nice subtle use there.

your typeface from your logo is looking good on the stationery. it’s creating a nice positive and negative space. With your second envelope I feel that the rings and 2020 can move up. Just a suggestion. I like he way you chose rounded edges for your stationery, it reflects the style in your mexico typeface.
